Two Ways to Submit Your Water Report Details
- Download and print a water analysis form to submit along with your water sample to our water testing laboratory. French version
- New – Submit your information online! Click the button below to complete the water analysis form online. After completing the form, you will receive an email with a unique ID number. Write the ID number on the lid of your sample and send it to one of our offices below for testing.
